All our retreats and unique but all would include accommodation, high-speed wifi or SIM card, meals noted on the retreat page, and bespoke once in a lifetime activities with an incredible hand-selected new community of entrepreneurs, remote workers, and creatives.

Flights are not included.

Each villa will have a different workspace set up but would include a mix of desks and common spaces to work. There is high-speed wifi for 7 night cowork retreats or resort and hotel wifi for 3 night retreats.

Yes, minimum age to attend is 21 years.

Please verify the entrance requirements for the destination from your respective country. Many countries are able to have a tourist visa issued at no charge upon arrival. When entering the country, we suggest selecting ‘vacation’ on the immigration form and using the villa’s address; provided at the time of booking.

Yes. If chosen as a participant, a 1500€ deposit is required with remaining payment 60 days before the retreat start date.

If cancelling a booking within 48 hours of placing your booking you will receive a full refund. Please note, the 24 hour period begins when you place your initial booking.

Cancellation after this period incurs cancellation fees, depending on how far in advance you cancel.

If cancelling within:

• 90 days of the retreat start date - 1500€ deposit is non-refundable

• 60 days of the retreat start date - 50% is non-refundable

• 45 days of the retreat start date - 100% non-refundable

The retreats are especially curated to foster a sense of community so priority would be placed on having a group to commit to the full retreat dates. If you have specific date requests, please send us and email (admin@nomad-home.com) and we will work to see if we can accommodate.

Each villa or hotel has a different capacity limit but retreats are typically a small group of 8-12 individuals.

Yes, please check the individual retreat page on double occupancy options and note that you would like to attend together in the application process.

We will try our best to accommodate dietary restrictions, however require time to plan the options with food/tour providers. Please send us an email with your requests and we will inquire on your behalf (admin@nomad-home.com).

While we’d love you to join it is absolutely fine to take some time off. Let us know which you’d like to skip and we can work to accommodate.

The security deposit is a security payment made prior to check-in. It varies by location and may be used against any damages caused to the accommodation during the stay. Your host will reach out with the deposit amount if required and if there are no damages at check-out the amount will be fully refunded.
